Jabari started as Assistant Sommelier at Carnelian Room in 1971, under the tutelage of Master Sommelier Raul Sofer. He has been fine-tuning his skills ever since, and is now responsible for a cellar which boasts over 1600 varieties of California and imported wines including world –renown vintage labels from the most famous wine producing regions of the globe.
He is unmatched in pairing the delicate flavors of our chef’s creations with the natural scents of grapes’ most intriguing aromas.
