Using only quality locally grown and imported fresh and seasonal ingredients, Carnelian Room combines professional attentive, yet unobtrusive service and a sophisticated, comfortable atmosphere for an exceptional dining experience.  Sunset cocktails start daily at 3pm in The Lounge in the Sky.
